England Karate is honoured to announce that the inaugural England Karate National Championships will be held on Sunday 20th September 2026 at the Sports and Wellness Hub, the University of Warwick.

This inaugural event marks a defining moment in establishing a unified national competitive structure and represents a significant step forward in the development of karate within England.

This championship has been created to reflect the highest standards of governance, organisation, and sporting integrity. It will serve as a national showcase for technical excellence, disciplined competition and the values that underpin our art. As leaders within your respective associations, your support and guidance are essential in ensuring that this event sets a strong precedent for future championships under the England Karate Governing Body.

We wish to emphasise that participation is strictly limited to member associations of England Karate. Only athletes, teams and officials registered through recognised member organisations, FEKO, AMA, KUGB and KSE will be eligible to enter. This policy safeguards the integrity of the championship, ensures consistent standards across all competitors, and maintains the professionalism expected of a national governing-body event.

• Team Kata: £45
• Team Kumite: £60
